Consignment and pre-Loved items

Many of our designer and consignment pieces are Pre-owned and Sold as-is. Normal signs of wear may be present.

We encourage customers to carefully inspect all merchandise and try on clothing and shoes before purchasing. 

NEW BOUTIQUE ITEMS

Please check sizing, fit, color, and condition before completing your purchase. Once purchased, merchandise is considered a final sale.

DESIGNER & LUXURY ITEMS

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and represent designer and luxury merchandise. Customers are encouraged to inspect these items carefully before purchasing and to ask questions about condition, provenance, or included accessories.

EMBROIDERY & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Monogrammed, embroidered, customized, and personalized merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective or does not conform to the approved order.

Before production, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, initials, spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and other customization details. Howdy Honey Boutique is not responsible for errors resulting from information provided or approved by the customer.

HOLDS

Merchandise is not considered sold until payment has been received. Holds may be offered at management’s discretion and may be subject to a time limit or other conditions.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your purchase before leaving the boutique and promptly notify us of any concern. If an item is defective, materially misrepresented, or does not conform to the agreed order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Howdy Honey Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change before purchase. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments unless management approves an exception.
